Dr. Zwillenberg, MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Dr. Zwillenberg also earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate. After residency, Dr. Zwillenberg worked in the community setting with a focus on developing a standardized treatment pathway for those with opiate use disorder.  Upon his return to Downstate as Emergency Medicine faculty, he remains committed to equitable care for the most vulnerable patient populations.
