As the Associate Dean for Clinical Skills and Co-director for Unit 1 in the SUNY Downstate Health Science University COM, Dr. Quinn is highly committed to medical education and teaching of medical students and residents. She has designed multiple courses and lectures extensively for the College of Medicine. In her role of the Co-Director of the Medical Education Pathway at SUNY Downstate-Health Sciences University-College of Medicine (HSU-COM), Dr. Quinn continually mentors medical students interested in Medical Education scholarship. Dr. Quinn has become a proficient medical education scholar with a focus on writing reviews of best practices in medical education. She also published two educational courses that she developed for the College of Medicine in MedEdPORTAL.
