Mentorship Model

The program director and faculty interact with fellows on a one-on-one basis to ensure that fellows are supported throughout the duration of the program and their individual career goals are considered.  The program director and core faculty provide feedback to the fellows formally via monthly evaluations and informally throughout rotations.
