Master of Public Health
At SUNY Downstate, you’ll gain the skills and experience to become a leader in public health! Our program has a special focus on health equity for minoritized and marginal- ized communities. You’ll gain real-world experience in Brooklyn, a diverse community that’s home to over 100 different racial and ethnic groups.
Master of Healthcare Administration
(Brooklyn or Manhattan)
Prepares you for leadership in any public or private healthcare setting. It offers
flexible learning options for working students including online classes and in-person
evening classes in Brooklyn or our new mid-town Manhattan location.
Advanced Certificates
Advanced certificates can be earned online in one year in a number of key areas including Clinical Epidemiology, Public Health Geriatrics, Climate Change and Planetary Health as well as our general Public Health Certificate. Credits can be used towards an MPH down the road.
