Brian Cullen, BS

Having served Downstate Health Sciences University (DHSU) for over a decade, Brian has a proven track record of success in financial management and operations. Prior to joining the School of Public Health (SPH), Brian served as the Budget Manager / ID Office Manager for Downstate's University Police Department (UPD), where he consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively plan and manage budgets and create robust financial tracking systems. Brian is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Before joining DHSU, Brian worked as an equity derivatives trader and was a member of the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
