Britney Pusey serves as the Residency/Fellowship Coordinator for the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. In this role, she provides administrative oversight, operational coordination, and strategic support for the department's graduate medical education programs, including:

  • Adult Psychiatry Residency Program
  • Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program
  • Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Program
  • Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship Program

Working closely with program directors, faculty, trainees, and institutional leadership, Britney supports program operations, recruitment and onboarding activities, educational programming, accreditation compliance, trainee progress monitoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Britney brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, medical education, and program management within academic healthcare settings. Previously, Britney held several progressive positions at One Brooklyn Health and Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian, supporting undergraduate and graduate medical education programs within the Department of Internal Medicine and Department of Pediatrics, respectively. . Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills while collaborating with trainees, faculty, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
