Jae Hong Min, MD

Attending Neonatologist

Dr. Min is a graduate of Seoul National University School of Medicine. After completing his medical education, he went on to complete his pediatrics residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Following his residency, Dr. Min further specialized in neonatal-perinatal medicine through a three-year fellowship at Schneider Children's Hospital of Long Island-Jewish Medical Center, now known as Cohen Children’s Medical Center of Northwell Health.

He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Upon finishing his fellowship, Dr. Min returned to SUNY Downstate, where he currently works as a neonatology attending physician. In addition to his clinical practice, he plays an active role in educating future pediatricians and neonatologists, combining his practical experience with a commitment to teaching. Dr. Min’s primary area of interest is neonatal chronic lung disease, a condition often affecting premature infants.
