A mentality born out of "save the world" aspirations led to a long career in pediatrics; Pediatric Hematology - Oncology and Ped HIV care. As the career matured; and pediatric HIV started becoming a rarity; coupled with the realization that educating future pediatricians was near and dear to my heart as well transitioned into pediatric education and administration. Later moved to become the Chief Academic Officer at the hospital. Currently serve as the Chief Academic Officer; DIO of the hospital; Chief of Pediatrics and Associate Chief Medical Officer.
