Dr. Rolston joined the University Hospital at Downstate (UHD) in 2004 as a Senior Nursing Administrator for Maternal & Child Health Services. Currently, Dr. Rolston provides leadership and guidance to refine nursing care organizational structures as required to meet patient care needs, institutional mission, and shared goals. In her role, she organizes, directs, and supervises the nursing leadership clinical management team. Dr. Rolston also works with senior leadership, physicians, and community organizations to enhance productivity and ensure highly efficient nursing operations and project development.
Dr. Rolston received her Post Master’s Certificate in Maternal-Child Health Nursing at Adelphi University, her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Aspen University, Masters’ in Nursing Administration from New York University, and a BSN from Long Island University. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and is certified by the American Nurses Association.
