Dr. Aisha Hasan is a board certified Ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in Corneal and External Disease. She specializes in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, intraocular lens exchange and repositioning.

Dr. Hasan completed medical school at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where she coauthored a manuscript on Ocriplasmin treatment. She went on to Ophthalmology residency at Bronx Care Hospital where she was Chief resident her final year and presented annually at research conferences. She then went on to Cornea Fellowship at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital where she worked on complex anterior segment pathologies and co-authored a manuscript on corneal transplant tissue criteria and its effect on surgical outcome.

Dr. Hasan loves making sure that each of her patients is heard and believes that each patient requires a personalized approach to treatment and care. She feels privileged to care for and support her patients in the New York community.
