Dr. Dalloul graduated his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Staten Island University Hospital. Currently, he is the Department’s Interim Chairman and Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, Vice Chair for Education, Vice Chair for Obstetrics and Director of Faculty Development, at State University of New York (SUNY), Downstate Health Sciences University. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
Dr. Dalloul is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the New York Obstetrical Society (NYOS).
Dr. Dalloul has authored above 100 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including invited Commentary papers (cited more than 750 times).
