Mohan Preet, MD

Dr.  Mohan Preet is an assistant professor of medicine at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Her areas of clinical expertise include Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Preet received her medical degree from Government medical college Patiala, India and completed internship and residency at St john's Episcopal Hospital, Dr. Preet was selected as a chief resident at St john Episcopal Hospital before joining the Division of General Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate in 2006. Then she did her fellowship in hematology and oncology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She was awarded Alpha omega alpha Award in 2023. Her academic and clinical interests include medical education, high value care, and improving the delivery of care for cancer patients.
