Dr. Hal Chadow is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at SUNY Downstate and Director, Cardiology at One Brooklyn Health. His interests focus on cardiovascular diseases, with a special interest in interventional cardiology and the management of Venous Thromboembolism/Pulmonary Embolism. Dr. Chadow seeks to identify opportunities and novel treatment strategies to improve clinical outcomes and health care disparities in low socioeconomic neighborhoods. In addition, he served as a consultant on the National Quality Forum (NQF) Technical Advisory Panel to make recommendations for cardiology outcome reporting by CMS. His scholarly work has been published in New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, Circulation, and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
