Dr. Hagerty has lead large teams of nurses as Director of Nursing for Maternal Child Health at NY Methodist Hospital (now NYP Brooklyn Methodist) and has a unique perspective on the workflow and nursing activities involved in caring for patients of differing acuity across units with a focus on nursing activity flow, patient safety and efficiency in accomplishing institutional goals. She has 20+ years of clinical and teaching experience.
