I believe healthcare leadership is best learned by connecting theory to real-world practice. My goal is to equip students with the analytical, operational, and leadership skills needed to navigate complex healthcare systems, improve access and quality, and drive meaningful organizational change through the use of case studies, practical problem-solving, and discussion of contemporary healthcare challenges. Students are encouraged to think strategically, make data-informed decisions, and develop the leadership competencies necessary to serve diverse patient populations and healthcare organizations.
