Jo Ma and Sophie Su Annual Outstanding Thesis Award

Awarded to an SGS student for outstanding thesis research. The winner will be chosen from the Furchgott Award for Excellence in Research nominees and will be from the other PhD program from the Furchgott awardee (Molecular & Cellular Biology or Neural and Behavioral Sciences). As such, the rules and criteria are the same as for the Furchgott Award, and there is no separate nominating process. The selected student will receive a $1000 award.
