Introducing Our Brand-New Interventional Radiology Suite

Downstate Health is excited to announce the opening of our new Interventional Radiology Suite. Last month, we marked a significant milestone when we officially cut the ribbon on this state-of-the-art space. It marks a significant advancement in patient care here at Downstate.   

The new IR Suite is a leap forward in medical technology. It will allow us to perform complex procedures with greater precision. From innovative aneurysm repairs and 3-D road mapping to advanced spinal interventions, arterial-based cancer therapies, and cone beam CT scans, this suite enhances our capabilities significantly.

Congratulations to the UHD Radiology team and to FM&D for your hard work and dedication to this project. Your efforts turned this project from a vision into reality.
