
Dr. Ofer Azoulay is an Otolaryngologist (ENT) with a subspecialty in head and neck
cancer, robotic surgeries, and head and neck microvascular reconstruction.
He is an Assistant Professor and Chief of Robotic and Microvascular Head and Neck
Reconstruction for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and the Director of Microvascular
Reconstruction at Kings County Hospital.
Dr. Azoulay is also an affiliated surgeon at Maimonides Medical Center and New York
Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Azoulay earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology
at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Kaplan Medical Center in Israel. He then
pursued advanced training and completed his fellowship in Head and Neck and Microvascular
Head and Neck Reconstruction at NYU Langone Health, NY.

- Salivary glands; skin cancer
- Facial nerve paralysis
- Facial reanimation and laryngeal diseases
Dr. Azoulay is now accepting new patients through telehealth appointments and can

your safety. Dr. Azoulay is also fluent in Hebrew and can discuss patient cases in
that language.
