
Dr. Ofer Azoulay is an Otolaryngologist with surgical expertise in Head and Neck Cancer,
robotic surgeries and head and neck microvascular reconstruction. He is the Assistant
Professor and Chief of Robotic and Microvascular Head and Neck Reconstruction for
SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and the Director of Microvascular Reconstruction
at Kings County Hospital. Dr. Azoulay is also affiliated with Maimonides Medical Center
and New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Azoulay earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology
at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Kaplan Medical Center in Israel. He then
pursued advanced training and completed his fellowship in Head and Neck and Microvascular
Head and Neck Reconstruction, and served as an Attending in Service at NYU Langone
Health, NY. Dr. Azoulay’s main clinical and research interests are:

- Thyroid and parathyroid
- Salivary glands
- Facial nerve paralysis and Facial reanimation
- Laryngeal diseases
