Prurigo Nodularis Study:
Eligibility: Must be ≥ 18 years with moderate to severe prurigo nodularis.
Study Procedures: An oral medication (Serlopitant) compared with placebo will be provided. The study will consist of 7 visits and 1 or 2 scheduled phone calls from the study site, for a total study period of 15 to 19 weeks. Blood draws are done at each visit. Compensation is provided.
Pediatric Psoriasis Study:
Eligibility: Must be 6 - 17 years old and have moderate to severe plaque-type PSORIASIS with a body surface area of ≥10%.
Study Procedures: A biologic medication (Taltz®) compared with placebo will be provided. After week 12, all participants receive the biologic medication. Study takes place over 33 months and includes blood draws at each visit. Compensation is provided.
