Prurigo Nodularis Study:
Eligibility: Must be ≥ 18 years with moderate to severe prurigo nodularis.
Study Procedures: An oral medication (Serlopitant) compared with placebo will be provided. The study will consist of 7 visits and 1 or 2 scheduled phone calls from the study site, for a total study period of 15 to 19 weeks. Blood draws are done at each visit. Compensation is provided.
Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis Study:
Must be ≥ 12 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and associated pruritus. This is a phase 3 study prospective multicenter, open-label study to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of Nemolizumab (CD14152) in subjects ages 12 and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and associated pruritus. Study medication (nemolizumab) is an injectable. The study includes a 16-week initial treatment period, a 32 week maintenance period and an 8 week follow up period. Pediatric Psoriasis Study:
Must be age 6-17 years with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Thus is a phase 3, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of apremilast (CC-10004/Otezla) in pediatric subjects. Compensation will be provided. PI: Dr. Jakus
Must be ≥ 12 years. This is a phase 3, double-blind, randomized, vehicle-controlled, efficacy and safety study of topical ruxolitinib cream followed by an extension period in participants with vitiligo. Patients must have non-segmental vitiligo involving the face AND body. Compensation will be provided. PI: Dr. Jakus, Dr. Ast
Epidermolysis Bullosa Study:
Must be ≥ 4 years with epidermolysis bullosa (DEB or JEB). A topical medication (0.03% RGN-137 Thymosin beta-4 gel) compared with placebo will be provided for daily use. The study will consist of 9 visits at the study site, for a total study period of 14 weeks. Compensation is provided. PI: Dr. Glick
