The Department of Ophthalmology offers comprehensive services for patients of all ages. Eye examinations for impairment of vision, infections, cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus and retinal disorders are performed by fellowship trained ophthalmologists. Patients are evaluated for ocular manifestations of medical and neurologic diseases such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, AIDS, stroke, multiple sclerosis and brain tumors. State of the art diagnostic and therapeutic modalities are available.
