| Description: |
SUNY Downstate Medical Center offers two 1-2 year Stroke Fellowships: one of the Fellowships is in conjunction with Long Island College Hospital. The fellowships offer comprehensive training in the clinical diagnosis and management of cerebrovascular diseases. Fellows will participate in acute stroke management, inpatient stroke unit, outpatient stroke clinic, and consultation to other services. Opportunity for participation in non-invasive cerebrovascular evaluation, interventional neuroradiology, neurocritical care, clinical trials and basic neuroscience and epidemiological stroke research is also available. |
