STEP ONE: REGISTER

If you already have an account, click NO to login.

CLICK YES to REGISTER

Use key word search to find us, and select Downstate from Agency list.

• Most Staff use Downstate 28100
• Hospital Employees use Downstate 28108
• Graduate Students use Downstate 28109

• Find your department and select it (Hint: Keyword Searching makes it fast and easy).
• Complete REGISTRATION by entering your NAME and Email address
• Create a USER NAME (use first initial and last name or one of your choosing)
• Create a PASSWORD and confirm it

You will receive a confirmation email. But you needn't wait if you are ready to pledge.

STEP TWO: MAKE YOUR PLEDGE

Choose your pledge type. There are five options:

• Payroll Deduction – per pay period (Easiest)
• e-Check – one time
• e-check – recurring
• credit card – one time (Costs 3%)
• credit card – recurring (Costs 3%)

Each option has fill in fields, which will need to be completed.

Would you like to receive an acknowledgement of your gift? If so, then click the button and enter your street and/or e-mail addresses. If you want to remain anonymous then click the other button.

STEP THREE: CHARITY SELECTIONS AND ALLOCATION

Ready to pledge?
Keyword searching will help find the charity you want.

Find one you like?
Click on the plus sign next to the charity and the selection will expand. You can visit the charities' websites to learn more about them or you can click "Add".

Keep choosing your charities until you are ready to allocate your gift. On the right panel you may enter a dollar amount next to the charities you chose. You can also click the gray button at the bottom to distribute the funds among the charities you have chosen.

Finished? Almost done. Is the pledge button any color but red? Then click "Enter Pledge". You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your pledge.
