The curricula for our MPH and DrPH programs are built around a framework of essential competencies for public health. For each degree, students demonstrate mastery of overarching competencies important for all public health graduates, as well as competencies specific to their concentration.

-- SCIENTIFIC DECLARATION ON POLIO ERADICATION
Dean Pascal James Imperato, MD, MPH & TM, has joined over 400 physicians, health professionals, and technical experts from 80 countries to address the critically important issue of polio eradication. The Scientific Declaration on Polio Eradication launched on 11 April 2013. This declaration supports the Eradication and Endgame Strategic Plan, which is a plan by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) to address this challenging issue and disease and to promote education and eradication throughout the world.
