Administrative Office

The Administrative Manager is Linda Corby, phone 270-3161. This office is open 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The administrative office maintains our time records, personnel files, budget and correspondence. In addition, this office also produces the Crime Awareness and Campus Security pamphlets and other materials for the various student and employee orientation programs. They also maintain a reserved parking list for visiting dignitaries. Please contact this office if you need copies of our Campus Security Act information, or if you are seeking copies of other University Police informational pamphlets or newsletters. Please note that while this office coordinates the hiring and background investigation process for security personnel, they do not furnish applications or make job offers. These functions are performed by the Employment Office of the Human Resources Department which is located at 151 East 34 Street. Please contact them directly for any information.
