Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology, Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology

My responsibilities include the Fine Needle Aspiration Service at the University Hospital of Brooklyn, which includes performing and interpreting fine needle aspiration biopsies as an on-site diagnostic procedure. I also rotate on the Surgical Pathology service at UHB.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I also serve as the Assistant Program Director for the Residency Program in Pathology. I spend time teaching both pathology residents and medical students.
