Dr. Parhiscar graduated from the SUNY Downstate Otolaryngology residency program in 2000 and subsequently completed the residency in the Division of Plastic Surgery of the SUNY Downstate Department of Surgery in 2002. Dr. Parhiscar's clinical interests include reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, craniofacial surgery, as well as general plastic and reconstructive surgery.
