Dr. Mehta, Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology, is a graduate of the Medical School and Otolaryngology Residency Program at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Dr. Mehta has served as attending physician and held several academic appointments at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Flushing Hospital Medical Center, Kings County Hospital Medical Center and Brookdale University Hospital where he received the Outstanding Teaching Award (Department of Surgery) in 2010. Dr. Mehta is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Heck and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He was awarded a New York Head and Neck Society Research Grant, as well as the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Department of Family Medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
