Dr. Lagmay completed his general surgery and otolaryngology residencies at New York University Medical Center. He subsequently fellowship-trained at the Beth Israel Medical Center Institute for Head and Neck Cancer in New York. He is board certified in his specialty and maintains memberships in several professional societies including The American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and The New York Head and Neck Society. Dr. Lagmay is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the otolaryngology faculty in the Departments of Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center, Lutheran Medical Center, and Coney Island Hospital.
