Each applicant is required to have completed an accredited internal medicine residency program in the United States. We participate in the National Resident Matching Program and all prospective candidates are required to participate. Approximately 300 applications are received annually and the Fellowship Interview Committee reviews and selects the top 50 candidates (strong academic, clinical and research background) for interviews.
