STUDENT MAIL
The Student Mail Service unit (BSB Room 1-98; Tel Ext. 2100), is open for limited hours Monday through Friday while sorting incoming mail into student mailboxes. When closed, contact the main Mail Services for assistance.
| 1. |
Students' grades must be brought to the Central Mail Services for priority distribution. |
| 2. |
Students should advise all their correspondents and subscriptions, etc
of their campus box number. |
| 3. |
All student box numbers begin with the letter "S" (Example: DMC Box S-____). |
| 4. |
Students should check their campus box daily and remove mail. Many of the boxes are shared and become over-filled quickly, which can cause otherwise avoidable mail delays. If your box becomes overfilled, a "Mail Notice" will be placed in the student mail box which alerts the user that they have additional mail, or an accountable mail piece which requires a signature, or a package has arrived which is too large to fit into the mailbox. |
| 5. |
Students who do not have their mailbox key must present their DMC student ID card. |
