Mail Drop Boxes:
In addition to once daily mail pick-ups at each department, convenience mail drop boxes are located in the following areas. Drop boxes are labeled for different types of mail; please use the correct drop box slot!
- In the corridor adjacent to the Mail Services, room B-56 (picked up several times throughout day).
- In the corridor adjacent to the Hospital Cafeteria on the 1st floor (Mail picked up twice daily).
- In the Clinic area near Suite - B. (Mail picked up twice daily).
- At Student Mail Services; first floor of the BSB; room 1-98 (picked up several times throughout day).
The United States Postal Service (USPS) Collection Boxes for pre-stamped mail:
- Basic Science Building 450 Clarkson Avenue main entrance curbside: USPS collections Monday through Friday at 10:00am and 3:00pm and on Saturday 8:00am and 1:00pm.
- University Hosptial 445 Lenox Road main entrance curbside: USPS collection times are 10:00am Monday through Friday and Saturday at 8:00am.
In addition, you may also place pre-stamped mail in your departemnt's normal daily mail pick-up bins, or drop off at the Downstate Depot Mail Services unit.
