Indoor Mail Drop Boxes:

USPS mail pickup from Mail Services at UH 530A is Mon-Fri at 2:30pm & 4pm.

Drop Boxes: In addition to Mail Services daily in person mail pick-ups at each department, convenience mail drop boxes are located in the following areas.

Downstate Depot Mail Services (UH Rm B530A).
UHB Outpatient corridor, near Suite B.
UHB 1st Floor corridor, adjacent to the Hospital Cafeteria.
BSB 1st Floor Corridor, near student mailboxes.

Pick ups at the above drop boxes by DMC mail staff are M-F at 9am and 2:30pm. Please use the correct mail slot as labelled!

External United States Postal Service (USPS) Collection Boxes for pre-stamped mail:

BSB (corner NYAve near Clarkson): USPS pickups twice daily, M-F at 10am & 3pm; and on Sat 8am & 1pm.
UHB main entrance (at 445 Lenox Rd) USPS pickups are once daily, M-F at 10am; Sat 8am.

You may also place pre-stamped mail in your department's normal daily mail pick-up bins, or drop off at the Downstate Depot Mail Services unit.
