When mailing over 500 pieces it is recommended to use these special services to significantly reduce your mailing cost. This requires special pre-printing of envelopes with a special indicia and permit numbers in accordance with USPS regulations. Therefore, consult the Central Mail Services unit prior to printing the mailing.
