Travel Directions

Getting to our office:

  1. By car from QUEENS: Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to the end. Go straight onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Take Pennsylvania Ave to Linden Boulevard (Route 27). Turn right onto Linden Blvd. Take Linden Blvd to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Ave. Go one block to Lenox Road. Turn right onto Lenox Road.
    Pull up to 445 Lenox Road (Hospital Entrance). There is valet parking (until 6 pm) directly in front of the hospital (flat fee of $10).
    AFTER 2:30 pm YOU MAY ENTER THE HOSPITAL PARKING GARAGE. Make a turn onto E. 34 Street from Lenox Road. Enter the garage through the visitor (middle) entrance. If the 34th St. garage is full, parking is also available in an outdoor lot on the south side of Clarkson Ave near the corner of New York Ave (324 Clarkson Avenue).
  2. By car from THE BRONX, WESTCHESTER COUNTY, and NEW ENGLAND: Take the Hutchinson River Parkway over the Bronx Whitestone Bridge. Take the Whitestone Expwy to the Van Wyck Expwy to the Jackie Robinson Parkway. Follow Directions from the J. Robinson Parkway as outlined above.
  3. By car from LONG ISAND: Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Jackie Robinson Pkwy. Follow directions from the Jackie Robinson Parkway as outlined above.
  4. By car from STATEN ISLAND and NEW JERSEY: Take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Brooklyn. Follow Interstate 278 (also called the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the Gowanus Expressway) to the Prospect Expressway. Take the Prospect Expressway to the 10th & 11th Avenue Exit. After exiting, turn left onto 11th Avenue. Take 11th Ave to the end at Prospect Park. Turn right onto Prospect Park Southwest. Take Prospect Park Southwest to the traffic circle. Go three-quarters of the way around the circle onto Parkside Ave. Take Parkside to the end. Turn right onto New York Ave. Make a left onto Lenox Road. See Above for parking.
  5. By car from Manhattan:
    • Manhattan Bridge: exit onto Flatbush Avenue. Continue approximately three and one-half miles to Parkside Avenue. Turn left onto Parkside Avenue and travel four blocks to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Avenue and continue two blocks South to Lenox Road. Turn Left onto Lenox Road.
    • Brooklyn Bridge: Stay to the left at the end of the bridge, following the ramp to Boerum Place, which becomes Adams Street. Continue along Adams Street to Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue and continue to Flatbush Avenue. Turn right onto Flatbush Avenue and continue approximately two and one-half miles to Parkside Avenue. Turn left onto Parkside Avenue and travel four blocks to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Avenue and continue two blocks South to Lenox Road. Turn left onto Lenox Road.
    • Brooklyn Battery Tunnel: After leaving tunnel, take the Bklyn-Queens Expressway south exiting left on the Prospect Expressway. Then follow the directions for Staten Island above. HOWEVER, please note that the exit from the southbound BQE is closed before 11:00 AM on weekdays due to the northbound HOV lane.
  6. By SUBWAY: Take the IRT Flatbush Avenue Line (#2 or #5) to Winthrop Street. You will exit the subway at the corner of Nostrand Avenue & Parkside Avenue. The Medical Center will be directly ahead of you. Walk one long block on Parkside Ave. to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Avenue. Walk two blocks to Lenox Road. Turn left onto Lenox Road. Go to the second entrance, which is 445 Lenox Road. ENTER THE HOSPITAL at 445 LENOX ROAD. (See directions below)
  7. By BUS:
    • B12. East NY Avenue: to Clarkson and New York Avenues.
    • B35. Church Ave: to New York Ave. Walk 2 blocks north to Lenox Rd. Turn right onto Lenox Rd.
    • B44. Nostrand Ave: to Clarkson Avenue. Northbound bus stops at Clarkson & New York Ave. Southbound bus stops at Clarkson & Nostrand Aves. Walk South to Lenox Road. Turn Left (walk East) to 445 Lenox Road.
    • B46. Utica Ave: transfer at East New York Ave to B12 Bus.
    • B49. Ocean Ave: to Clarkson Ave. Northbound bus stops at Rogers Ave. & Clarkson. Southbound bus stops at Bedford & Clarkson. Walk East on Clarkson Ave. to New York Ave. Turn right. Walk one block South to Lenox Road. Turn left onto Lenox Road.

Once you are here:

  • FROM East 34 St. & LENOX ROAD GARAGE. Face the Medical Center. 445 Lenox Road entrance is on your right.
  • FROM THE CLARKSON AVE PARKING LOT: Turn right out of the lot. Walk to New York Ave. Turn right. Walk one block to Lenox Road. Turn left. Enter the hospital at 445 Lenox Road.
  • Enter the Hospital at 445 Lenox Road.
    1. Tell the security officer that you have an appointment with Dr. McCormack. (You will be required to show identification and get a visitor's pass.)
    2. Take the elevator to the 5th Floor.
    3. Face the side service elevator and turn left.
    4. Make a right at the end of the hallway. We are the last room on the right (B5-302).
    5. Call 270-1432 (extension 1432 within the medical center) if you get lost.
