TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

By car from QUEENS: Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to the end. Go straight onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Take Pennsylvania Ave to Linden Boulevard (Route 27). Turn right onto Linden Blvd. Take Linden Blvd to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Ave. Go one block to Lenox Road. Turn right onto Lenox Road.

By car from THE BRONX, WESTCHESTER COUNTY, and NEW ENGLAND: Take the Hutchinson River Parkway over the Bronx Whitestone Bridge. Take the Whitestone Expwy to the Van Wyck Expwy to the Jackie Robinson Parkway. Follow Directions from the J. Robinson Parkway as outlined above.

By car from LONG ISLAND: Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Jackie Robinson Pkwy. Follow directions from the Jackie Robinson Parkway as outlined above.

By car from STATEN ISLAND and NEW JERSEY: Take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Brooklyn. Follow Interstate 278 (also called the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the Gowanus Expressway) to the Prospect Expressway. Take the Prospect Expressway to the 10th & 11th Avenue Exit. After exiting, turn left onto 11th Avenue. Take 11th Ave to the end at Prospect Park. Turn right onto Prospect Park Southwest. Take Prospect Park Southwest to the traffic circle. Go three-quarters of the way around the circle onto Parkside Ave. Take Parkside to the end. Turn right onto New York Ave. After 2 blocks, make a left onto Lenox Road.

By car from Manhattan: take the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to Interstate 278 (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) westbound toward the Verrazano Bridge. Exit onto the Prospect Expressway on your left. Take the Prospect Expressway to the 10th & 11th Avenue Exit. After exiting, turn left onto 11th Avenue. Take 11th Ave to the end at Prospect Park. Turn right onto Prospect Park Southwest. Take Prospect Park Southwest to the traffic circle. Go three-quarters of the way around the circle onto Parkside Ave. Take Parkside to the end. Turn right onto New York Ave. After 2 blocks, make a left onto Lenox Road.

PARKING: Pull up to 445 Lenox Road (Hospital Entrance). There is valet parking (until 6 pm) directly in front of the hospital (flat fee of $10).

SUBWAY: Take the IRT Flatbush Avenue Line (#2 or #5) to Winthrop Street. You will exit the subway at the corner of Nostrand Avenue & Parkside Avenue. The Medical Center will be directly ahead of you. Walk one long block on Parkside Ave. to New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Avenue. Walk two blocks to Lenox Road. Turn left onto Lenox Road. Go to the second entrance, which is 445 Lenox Road. ENTER THE HOSPITAL at 445 LENOX ROAD. (See directions below)

BUS: B 12. East NY Avenue: to Clarkson and New York Avenues.
B35. Church Ave: to New York Ave. Walk 2 blocks north to Lenox Rd. Turn right onto Lenox Rd. B44. Nostrand Ave: to Clarkson Avenue. Northbound bus stops at Clarkson & New York Ave. Southbound bus stops at Clarkson & Nostrand Aves. Walk South to Lenox Road. Turn Left (walk East) to 445 Lenox Road.
B46. Utica Ave: transfer at East New York Ave to B12 Bus.
B49. Ocean Ave: to Clarkson Ave. Northbound bus stops at Rogers Ave. & Clarkson. Southbound
bus stops at Bedford & Clarkson. Walk East on Clarkson Ave. to New York Ave. Turn right. Walk
one block South to Lenox Road. Turn left onto Lenox Road.

Enter the Hospital at 445 Lenox Road. Tell the security officer that you have an appointment with Dr. McCormack. (You will be required to show identification and get a visitor's pass.) Take the elevator to the 5th Floor. Face the side service elevator and turn left. Make a right at the end of the hallway. We are the last room on the right (B5-302). Call 270-1432 (extension 1432 within the medical center) if you get lost.
