Dr. Minkoff obtained his MD from Pennsylvania State University in 1975.

Postdoctoral Training:
Dr. Minkoff was a Fellow in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1981.

Chairman, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maimonides Medical Center

Research Participation:
Research work focuses on perinatal transmission of HIV and the natural history of HIV in women.
