Patient TV and Telephone Rental Service: Instructions and Rates

Patient TV & Telephone Rentals are provided through TVR Communications, Inc. under a contract with the Faculty Student Association of Downstate Medical Center Inc. (FSA= Downstate's campus auxiliary service corporation).

24 Hour Customer Service: Call Ext 2209 to activate service or resolve any patient TV or Telephone customer service issue. Call gets forwarded to TVR Communication's 24 hour call center.

The Faculty Student Association (FSA) also welcomes your feedback about any aspect of this Patient Telephone (Patient Phone) and Patient Television service by calling the 24 hour problem reporting message line Ext 2900 (718-270-2900) or by e-mail.
