University Bookstore Return Policy

General Policy: Returned items must be in clean and re-sellable condition and accompanied by the original cash register receipt. Cash will be refunded for cash sales. A credit memo will be issued for check sales (or a cash refund after 15 business days). A credit will be issued for credit card sales.

Textbooks: will be accepted for return within 3 business days from the beginning of each semester and 3 business days thereafter.

Exceptions: Publishers do not accept return of review books, reference, special orders and specially marked textbooks, therefore sale of these items is final.

All Other Items: will be accepted for return within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Exception: medical supplies/diagnostic equipment are not returnable (final sale).
