Procedure for Evaluation Of Students: Participation and Observation
Students will participate in the daily activities in the department including direct patient care under faculty supervision. Bedside teaching will be provided. Students will have an opportunity to learn emergency procedures including bedside ultrasonography. This elective, which does not include any Pediatrics or OBGYN, does NOT fulfill the College of Medicine requirement for the 2-week core clerkship in Emergency Medicine.
