CRITERIA FOR EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN NOMINEES:

Nominee must be…

a current employee, in good standing, of one of the SUNY DMC campuses;
must have been employed at least 3 consecutive years;
cannot currently be on leave or sabbatical;
her contributions should be both to DMC and the community as a whole.

Please list your reasons for nominating this individual. Please include both DMC and community activities, if known, and be as specific as possible. Use as much space as you require.

Please let us know the nominee's department, and to whom the individual reports. All information will be kept confidential.

NOTE: All nominations will be reviewed by the Women's History Month Committee, and the selections will be cleared through the Department of Labor Relations, Human Resources, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Awardees will be announced in early February.
