Evaluation & Management Services Educational Seminar

This seminar offers a complete and comprehensive education on documentation and coding of Evaluation & Management Services rendered. Topics to be covered include:

• Documentation Integrity / Medical Record Accuracy;
• General Overview of Coding Requirements;
• Evaluation and Management Services Documentation and Coding Guidelines;
• CMS Physician Fee Schedules.

Dates: The Evaluation & Management Services course will be held on every 2nd Tuesday. Course attendance is limited to 10 per class.
