Smoking Cessation Support Group

A smoking cessation support group is available for smokers 18 and older who want to quit.
Every Thursday (except Holidays) 6-7 pm Green Conference Room (A1-315) behind the cafeteria. To register for the support group or for more information call 718-270-7673.

Breaking the Chains-Nicotine Replacement Program

FREE Nicotine patches and lozenges are available for smokers 18 and older. Get a 6-week supply of patches or lozenges and helpful tips to help you quit.
Walk-in every Wednesday Suite C between 1-4 pm or call 718-270-7673 to make an appointment.

Tobacco Education Community Presentations

Tobacco education presentations are also available to the community, as time permits. Please submit a letter of request to the Director of the Center for Community Health Promotion and Wellness. Please fax to 718-270-8175 or email to Maria.Yomtov@downstate.edu
