Dr. Georgette Alexis, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at KCHC, and attending Anesthesiologist at Downstate Medical Center. She received her M.D. degree in 1988 from the University d’Etat d’Haiti. She completed her Anesthesiology residency training in 2002, and a Pain Management Medicine Fellowship at Downstate Medical Center in 2003. Dr. Alexis is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management Medicine.

Dr. Azad Amin, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received his M.D. degree from Dhaka Medical College in Bangladesh in 1984. He completed his Anesthesiology residency training in 1998, and a Fellowship in Cardio Thoracic Anesthesia at Downstate Medical Center in 1999.

Dr. Pamela Bowen, Clincial Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. She received her M.D. degree from Downstate Medical Center in 1994. She completed her Anesthesiology residency training at Downstate Medical Center in 1998.

Dr. Omotola Dawodu, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. She received her M.D. degree in 1993 from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine in Nigeria. She completed her Anesthesiology residency training at Downstate Medical Center in 2002. Dr. Dawodu is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Adwoa Essuman, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. She received her M.D. degree in 1990 from the University of Ghana Medical School, in Ghana. She completed her Anesthesiology residency training in 1999 and a Pain Management Fellowship in 2000 at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Essuman is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Shantha Ganesan, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. She received her M.D. degree in 1985 from the University of Colombo, Faculty of Medicine. She completed her Anesthesiology residency training in 1999 and a Pain Management Fellowship in 2000 at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Ganesan is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Peter Lipps, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received his M.D. degree in 1994 from Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany. He completed his Anesthesiology residency training in 2003 from Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Lipps is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Wasil Sabzposh, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received his M.D. degree in 1999 from UMDNJ – RWJ Medical School in New Jersey. He completed his Anesthesiology residency training in 2001 and a Critical Care Fellowship in 2002 at Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Sabzposh also completed a Pain Management Fellowship in 2003 at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Wilfredo Santos, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received his M.D. degree in 1988 from the University of the East-Romon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines. He completed his Anesthesiology residency training in 2002 and a Critical Care Fellowship in 2003 at Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Santos is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Samuel Jean-Baptiste, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received his M.D. degree in 1988 from the State University of Medicine, Port-au-Prince Haiti. He completed his Anesthesiology residency training in 2004 and a Critical Care Fellowship in 2005 at Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn. Dr. Jean-Baptiste is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Haresh Sharma, Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center, and attending Anesthesiologist at Kings County Medical Center. He received hi M.D. degree in 1975 from the Municipal Medical College in Gujarat State, India. He completed his Anesthesiology residency in 1999 at Downstate Medical Center.
