2013 Alumni Gala Reunion Schedule

Class Reunion Dinners for the Classes of 1943, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003 & 2008

12:15 pm – Complimentary transportation from NY Marriott @ the Brooklyn Bridge Hotel (333 Adams Street. Entrance) to Medical School

12:45 pm – Welcoming Reception in the Education Building at SUNY Downstate (395 Lenox Road)

1:00 - 3:00 pm – Tour Downstate Medical Center and Kings County Hospital (Enter at 395 Lenox Road)

3:00 pm – Complimentary transportation from Medical School to NY Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge Hotel

5:00 - 7:00 pm – Cocktail Reception NY Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge (all classes). Party for 5 and 10 Year Classes of 2003 & 2008

All activities Saturday and Sunday will be held at the Marriott NY at the Brooklyn Bridge.

8:00 - 8:45 am – Annual Alumni Business Meeting

8:45 - 10:45 am – Scientific Program (CME Credit)

11:00 - 11:30 pm – Address to Alumni, John F. Williams, MD, Downstate President, Salon H & I

11:30 - 1:00 pm – Awards Ceremony

1:00 - 2:30 pm – Complimentary Luncheon

7:30 - 8:30 pm – Cocktail Hour

8:30 pm - 12:30 am – Dinner Dance, Grand Ball Room

8:00 - 10:00 am – Complimentary Breakfast for guests at the hotel.
