Aerobics and Strength Training

Classes consist of a moderate/intense
mix of cardio, strength training exercise,
and boot camp with free weights and
resistance bands. All great for burning
calories, sculpting, and toning.

Walking Program

 
A 30-45 minute walk during lunch hour
breaks. Groups walk at various paces.

Stair Climbing

 
A 15-20 minute program to do repeats
of stair climbing at your own pace. This
is an intense program and participants
must already be engaged in other exercise
activities.

Line Dancing

 
A fun after work dance class workout.
Learn the most popular line dancing
moves (some simple and some complex).
Once you learn the dances, teach them to
your friends and family.
