A Healthy Downstate Class Schedule Winter 2010-2011

Aerobics and Strength Training

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15 pm                                 
Instructor: Quinn Harris
Classes consist of a moderate/intense mix of cardio, strength training exercise and boot camp with free weights and resistance bands. All great for burning calories, sculpting and toning.

Boot Camp Fitness

Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 a.m.

Workouts are comprised of high intensity interval cardio that includes a multitude of training exercises for a different muscle group
 

Zumba®

Wednesday at 5:15 pm

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, feel-it-to-the-core fitness program with international rhythms. Zumba® programs use Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue,  Reggaeton, Samba, Belly dancing, Bhangra, Hip-hop, and Tango.

Line Dancing

Fridays 4:15 pm and 5:15 pm
Rose Jackman
A fun after work dance class workout. Learn the most popular line dancing moves (some simple and some complex). Once you learn the dances, teach them to your friends and family.
