The Design & Construction division is responsible for all construction and alteration work throughout the Downstate Medical Center Complex. They provide engineering assistance to the institution, including the physical plant, on matters pertaining to construction, renovation, or design. This division employs a team of Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers
