Midwifery Certificate and Degree Summary
Advanced Certificate in Midwifery
Curriculum
All students must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and take a basic fetal monitoring course with examination prior to taking NRMW 5404 Intrapartum. In addition, students must hold current certification in neonatal resuscitation prior to completion of NRMW 5104 Neonatology. The program of study requires the successful completion of 38 graduate credits, as follows:

Master of Science Degree in Midwifery
All students must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and take a basic fetal monitoring course with examination prior to taking NRMW 5404 Intrapartum. In addition, students must hold current certification in neonatal resuscitation prior to completion of NRMW 5104 Neonatology.
